Virtual Visits and Telemedicine

During these difficult times Advanced Digestive Care’s number one goal continues to be providing our patients with the best care they need, while ensuring safety. To minimize your risk of exposure to COVID 19 we are currently offering all patients, new and established, the ability to schedule virtual visits. Our software is easy to set up and use. Here we provide you with a step-by-step guide to make it easier to connect with us if you have an appointment scheduled.

By Phone

To use our virtual system by mobile*

(you will need a front facing  camera/audio) 

  1. Go into your app store (google play, apple store) 
  2. Download “Ring Central Meetings” app
  3. Once downloaded, open  the app, it will show you join meeting, or sign in. please choose ” Join a Meeting”
  4. Type in our meeting ID 248-590-0202 (you will receive a code in your email invitation as well)
  5. Follow prompts to put in a meeting password.( you will receive this password via email invitation and during your appointment reminder)
  6. You will now be placed into our virtual waiting room. We will admit you when it is your appointment time.

By Computer

To use our virtual system by computer* ( You will need audio and camera )

  1.  Go to www.meetings.ringcentral.com on your internet browser (i.e chrome, firefox,explorer)
  2. On the front homepage Click join meeting 
  3. Type in our meeting ID 248-590-0202 (you will receive code in your email invitation as well )
  4. Now you can fill the password that you received by email and during the reminder call.
  5. You will now be placed into our virtual waiting room. We will admit you when it is your appointment time
